Har Har

I accidentally posted 297.8 on the ticker... I put the 2 out of habit. It still feels strange typing a 1 first. I still lost a little this week, although it has been a rough week.

I have a really yucky cold and though I have been eating well, I haven't exercised as much and on Tuesday I had a really bad cheat day. I'm talking donuts, McDonalds, more donuts, ice cream. I'm pretty sure that one day sabotaged my entire week. But on the bright side, at least the scale did move downward some!

So close I can taste it...

Yesterday my friend took me out for a belated birthday lunch... to one of my favorite restaurants - Mimi's Cafe. I ate an entire turkey pesto ciabatta sandwich. It was SO GOOD. Got home and entered it into my calorie king diary - 1330 calories! Almost my entire amount for the full day. WOW. Lucky thing I had a good brisk 45 minute walk done. The sammy did keep me full for pretty much the rest of the day. I had a couple healthy tostada's at my moms house for dinner. Usually I come under my calorie count by 50 - 100, but yesterday I was over by 123.


Hopped on the scale this morning and it's 200.2. I am SO CLOSE to being under 200 pounds I can just taste it. If I'm really good over the coming couple days I bet I can hit it by Monday. I'll have to take a picture of the scale.

So that's my big news for this week.
