Wednesday - Mariah

Breakie: Protein Shake
Lunch: bowl of cereal
Snack: Strawberries & Crackers
Dinner: Scrambled Eggs with veggies and potatoes
Snack: Peanut Butter Sandwich

Exercise: Yoga for weight loss

Good day today!!! But after yesterday I am hoping I didn't gain anything for Friday's weigh in. We'll see. Plus... I'm totally eating muffins at Ry's school tomorrow!
