I was hoping it would be just a *tiny* bit lower like 211.2 or something, but I'll take 211.8!!!
This week I have really been counting the calories, and when I eat something bad I have been doing MEGA workouts to work it off. Perhaps if I hadn't of eaten the bad thing to begin with, I would have lost a little bit more. For the most part, I was really, really good.
But one night I had two pieces of chocolate cream pie and another night I had ice cream. It did feel really good to eat those things though. I think I would have felt worse about if I hadn't eaten them. I have such a wicked sweet tooth!
We'll see how my day goes today. I'm making crock pot bbq pork ribs. Can't be good for me, but my tastebuds are gonna dance!
Goal for next week: 210.8
On another note...
What happened to Jackson's lip? Anything around the head is so scary cause they bleed like crazy! Hugs to Jackson. We miss you guys!
