A friend told me about www.calorieking.com. You have to pay for it, but I am using their 7 week freet trial to figure things out. They calculated that I need to eat 1800 calories per day to lose weight. When I exercise, I have to eat more to stay at 1800 calories per day after burning off calories.
I read that if I eat less than 1800 calories per day, my body will stall out in losing weight. So I did calculations for the past few days and looks like I'm eating 1500 to 1600 calories per day. No wonder! I have 6 days left on the trial so will be using their food diary to really keep track.
