mid-week

Oh my gosh. My body feels like it could crumble apart at any moment! I ate waaaaay too many calories the other day so I went on a run. It felt liberating and wonderful to run like that. Woke up sore the next day. Then I decided to do a Jillian Michael's workout. My endurance has improved so much. It was hard, but I got through the entire thing. And. Now. I. Can. Barely. Walk.

I feel like a total gimp!!
