This weekend was good. I went running around my neighborhood. I thought I was going to DIE. I did about 15 minutes of running and 15 minutes of speed walking. Then I let my body rest on Sunday. Jumped on the scale this morning just to see if it had done anything - indeed it had! YAY!
It's nice to see the numbers going down, but I'd also like to see my trouble spots start getting smaller. But then again, I can't really afford many new clothes. LOL
