Saturday - Mariah

Breakfast- bowl of Fiber One cereal w/coffee
Lunch - Banana/Blueberry Protein Shake (AWESOME!)
Snack - iced coffee with some bites of spaghetti
Dinner - Dominos chicken club sandwich (bad!)
Last night I did a 1 mile "walk" and tonight I might do something but I haven't made up my mind yet. I'm so tired!!!
