Weds - Mariah

Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch - Turkey w/cornbread stuffing
Snack - banana
Dinner - prosciutto chicken (thanks for Jamie Oliver recipe!) with sweet potatoes and spinach & mushrooms
Dessert - chocolate & skinny cow ice cream bar

I was so excited to make this gourmet dinner for everyone tonight. It tasted SO GOOD. But apparently I was the only one in love. Ryenne liked her sweet potatoes only. Kai didn't want anything and ate yogurt instead. I gave Peter his beautiful plate of food and he said, "You didn't make rice?"
