Weds - Mariah

I'm starting to get monotonous with my morning protein shakes! This morning was a blueberry/banana one. :)

Snack was an iced coffee and did the 20 minute Zumba - did you have fun Katie? I always feel like such a Goober but it's fun!

Lunch - Lean Pocket Pizza

Dinner - Stewed Chicken with Veggies & Brown Rice

Late night snack - 1 whole grain slice of bread with peanut butter

I did the level 2 shred! i feel like I could be floating right now! haha
