Week Three - Thurs - Mariah

Breakfast - Bad, Bad, Bad! Sausage McMuffin with Hash Brown
Lunch - Protein Shake with fruit
Snack - Wheat Thins
Dinner - Brocolli Pasta with a piece of whole grain bread
Snack - macadamia nuts

Exercise - Jillian Michae's "Shred" DVD - OMG I wanted to DIE!!! But I got through it. Weigh in tomorrow!
