Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and tater tots (bad!)
Snack - Dark chocolate square
Lunch - Peanut Butter sandwich on whole grain bread & carrot sticks
Snack - Wheat thins
Dinner - Pasta with chicken and prosciutto - this had quite a bit of cheese. I'm thinking it's not so good for me - it was really tasty! But it was a gift casserole and thus I couldn't turn it down!
