week Three - Weds - Mariah

Breakfast - raisin bran & coffee
Lunch - small bowl of leftover pasta
Snack - chocolate square, wheat thins
Dinner - Brown fried rice w/turkey bacon, sausage, onion, mushrooms, peas, carrots, spinach & egg
Dessert - strawberries & grapes w/Cool Whip

Exercise - 2 mile walk
